TSC CODE OF REGULATIONS REVISED
The following are part of teachers code of regulations , which many have seen funny and actually comical . The code of regulations are set by the teachers service commission and every teacher is required to adhere to these codes to the latter .They include ;
seductive and sexually inappropriate language by a teacher shall include but not limited to looking at girls suggestively or smiling aimlessly in a girls class with an hidden intent
Insubordination by teachers shall include but not limited to the following behavior while at school: adopting inappropriate lifestyles such that the seniors feel threatened. In the interpretation of this regulation behaviors such as driving a very expensive vehicle with an intention to intimidate the principal, arriving in designer suits and or spewing jargon loaded English in school assemblies with an intent to outsmart or cause discomfort to his seniors shall equally be considered to be in contravention of this regulation.
Intimidation and insubordination shall extend to boastful or exaggerated narrations of holidays to expensive destinations that are beyond the reach of the principal. It shall also include cat walking, swaggering or wearing high heels and other items of apparel in a manner suggesting or likely to tempt the principal into thinking that he may have made an error in his choice of spouse…
Any teacher who refuses to eat food provided by the school or opts to bring his own food to school and tries or imagines of partaking of the same food while in presence of other teachers shall be deemed as engaging in incitement
A teacher shall strive to project the best corporate and individual image. In enforcement of this clause, No teacher shall repeat the same shirt or trouser for two days. Wearing grimacing face and dressing around in faded attire shall be considered a gross violation of this clause.
Any teacher who consistently fails to gain weight in tandem with his earnings and appears frail, underweight or underfed shall be guilty of pecuniary embarrassment and an appropriate action shall be taken against such a teacher to save the face of the entire teaching fraternity.
