Here is the deployment invitation letter;

Dear Sir/ Madam

Re: Deployment of Primary School teachers to Junior Secondary Schools

The Teachers Service Commission has received your application for deployment to Junior Secondary School. Subsequently, you are invited to present original and clear coloured photocopies of the following documents for vetting:

1. Degree/ Diploma Certificate
2. Academic transcripts
3. Graduation booklet page where name appears and cover page
4. SNE qualification ( Where applicable)
5. KCSE Certificate
6. KCPE Certificate
7. National Identity Card
8. Current payslip ( February 2023)
9. A declaration by the head of institution that the teacher is currently serving in the School and is neither serving an interdiction not undergoing a disciplinary process ( A template has been provided to heads of institutions for guidance. Letter must be typed.
