The Ministry of education has revised the 2024 school calendar for all primary and secondary schools. In the new calendar learners will open on 8th January 2024. The term will last for 13 weeks and the closing date has been set to be 5th April 2024. The term has been shortened from the previous (normal) duration of 14 weeks.
TTerm 2, 2024 will start on 29th April 2024 to 2nd August 2024, followed by a 3 days half term break from 20th June 2024 to 23rd June 2024. Schools will then close for a 3 weeks- long term 2 August holiday break; between 5th August 2024 and 23rd August 2024.
