WE ARE LOOKING TOWARDS EMPLOYING 600-900 YOUTHS FROM EVERY COUNTY TO OUR KAZI MTAANI TREES PLANTING INITIATIVE
Manual jobs services commission (MJSC) in partnership with National Government is pleased to announce recruitment of 600-900 youths from every county to our kazi mtaani trees planting programme.
Qualified individuals are supposed to engage in our forum of plant trees around our major, local towns, cities and also around major forested regions. MJSC is focused on conserving our ecosystem as per THE WORLD CLIMATE PROGRAMME(WCP).
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
For an appointment to our trees planting programme, a candidate must;
>Be a holder of a KENYAN NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD
>Have at least KCSE or KCPE certificate
>Be efficient in our two national languages(SWAHILI,ENGLISH)
>Should not have physical disabilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but not limited to;
>Growing trees and seedlings
>Planting trees seedlings and maintaining trees seedlings
>Watering trees seedlings until maturity stage
STIPENDS
Those qualified candidates will receive a salary of 9000 per month. They must be willing to work 4 days a week under minimal supervision.

The Ajira/eMobilis-Jitume Training program is set to be an enriching experience, and we want to provide you with all the details you need to prepare.
Training Overview:
- Duration: 5 Days (One Week)
– Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
– Dates: 25/09/2023 to 29/09/2023
- Venue: EGTTI JITUME Lab
Modules to be Covered: The training will cover a total of seven modules, consisting of both basic and cross-cutting topics from the Ajira Digital Curriculum. The modules are as follows:
Basic Modules:
- Transcription
- Data Entry
- Content Writing
Cross-Cutting Modules
- Introduction to Digital & Digitally Enabled Work
- Personal Digital Profile Creation
- Online Work Safety & Data Protection
- Soft Skills
Mentorship Program:
Mentorship Program: Following the training, we are excited to offer a 4-week flexible mentorship program geared at further enhancing your skills and readiness for online work. The mentorship program will comprise of:
- One Physical Mentorship Session per week
- One Virtual Mentorship Session per week
- Duration: 2-3 hours per session
Job Linkages Webinar:
To ensure that you are well-prepared to embark on your online work journey, we will be conducting a Job Linkages Webinar. This webinar will provide guidance on finding online work opportunities and how to effectively earn online.
