Knec issues warning on 2024 KCSE projects Workshops

The Kenya National Examinations Council,  Knec, has issued a warning over the 2024 project based exams. According to Knec, some schools and teachers are arranging for training on the projects.

The attention of KNEC has been drawn to schools and teachers convening workshops based on the 2024 KCSE Group IV projects.

The Council instructs that no such workshops should be convened in any sub-county as the projects are examinations. They should only be handled at school level between the assessors and the candidates.

Discussion of the projects in the purported workshops is examination malpractice and may lead to sanctions on the schools and teachers involved. Any planned workshops on examination projects should be postponed with immediate effect.
