The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has issued guidelines for teachers’ wealth declaration 2023. According to the latest circular from TSC, all teachers should file their declaration of income, assets and liabilities by 31st December, 2023.

2021/2023 DECLARATION OF INCOME, ASSETS AND LIABILITIES (DIALS)
Section 26 & 27 of the Public Officer Ethics Act (POEA) requires all public officers
to declare their Income, Assets and Liabilities (IAL) after every two years. To this
end, all TSC employees are expected to make their Declaration by 31st December
2023. Teachers who have been employed for less than two years will be expected
to make their initial declarations.
In order to enhance efficiency, the Commission introduced an online declaration
platform for this purpose. Each teacher is expected to fill an online Declaration
following steps outlined in the DIALS Instruction Manual. The system has been
customized to facilitate the initial declaration by newly employed teachers.
Accordingly, the Declaration Form will be filled and submitted by accessing the
Teachers Online Portal through https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/#. The portal can
be accessed using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone.
A do-it-yourself instruction manual has been provided and is available on the TSC
website https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/# under the Download Manual link to
guide you in making the declaration.
