I have been trying to apply for a sick leave after a discharge from hospital on 31/1 /2024 but I haven’t been successful. When I log in the message I get is: “error 500 from the internal server.” Please help. Thank you.

Tried to apply Parternity leave but is not going through.kindly assist.after logging in it says info update fail.
In a processs of applying for maternity leave but I’m given so many log in codes,I wonder which to use,any I try it fails
Everytime I enter the details including the log in code, it resends another log in code. What could be the problem?
