Receives the voters ID/ Passport from clerk one
Checks the details of the voter from the Printed ROV
Calls out the name and the voter’s number
Crosses out the name of the voter from the printed ROV except the Elector’s number using the black pen.
Identifies and directs the assisted voter and assistant to the PO
Marks VA and indicates reason in red on extreme left hand side of the voter’s name.
Hands the voters ID/Passport and directs the voter to clerk three
