IEBC CLERK TWO

• Receives the voters ID/ Passport from clerk one
• Checks the details of the voter from the Printed ROV
• Calls out the name and the voter’s number
• Crosses out the name of the voter from the printed ROV except the Elector’s number using the black pen.
• Identifies and directs the assisted voter and assistant to the PO
• Marks VA and indicates reason in red on extreme left hand side of the voter’s name.
• Hands the voters ID/Passport and directs the voter to clerk three
