TSC says Promotions of teachers completed (Letters to be dispatched)

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has promoted 16,152 teachers following successful interviews conducted in December 2023 and January 2023.

The interviews are part of the final phase of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) that has been implemented since 1st July 2017.

Letters on the outcome of the interviews are in the process of being sent to all teachers who were interviewed.

Teachers are cautioned to be wary of fraudsters purporting to have ability to influence the outcome of the interviews.

The Commission will communicate to all teachers who were interviewed through the existing official communication channels.

  1. I participated as national festival patron of secondary school in 2012 and 2015,I did interview of c5 ,eagerly waiting the result.

  2. Acted as a deputy headteacher from 2017to date. Got an assignment letter from county director. What does it mean? Please advise.

    • Am serving as a deputy in a school with a population of over two thousand pupils since 2016 and am still regarded as deputy headteacher(11) c4 is it fare ?

  5. I acted as deputy head teacher from 2015 to 2017 January then I was served with appointment letter but I was not captured in the CBA, advice on the way forward
