This year the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is planning to introduce an automatic promotion system for teachers to address concerns over fairness and job satisfaction.
This initiative aims to streamline promotions based on qualifications and achievements, with corresponding pay increases to motivate teachers.
The program will be implemented at regular intervals to create a cycle of career advancement.
TSC has developed a comprehensive ranking system that considers factors such as performance, years of experience, and dedication.
Exceptional teachers will receive material incentives to encourage excellence.
