Education CS Magoha to release KUCCPS placement results for 2019 KCSE students

Students hoping to join universities, colleges and TVETs in the 2020/2021 academic year under the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) will be receiving their placement results today as from 11.00am. Education cabinet secretary George Magoha will be releasing the results during a ceremony to be held at he Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) in Nairobi.

It has been a long wait for the students since by the same time last year, some could have reported to universities and colleges.

The total of 125,449 students who scored a C+ and above will be distributed across the country’s 74 public and private universities. Another 563,479 who scored between grade C and E will be placed in courses at Technical and Vocational Education and Training (Tvet) institutions.

Those not satisfied with the universities and colleges where they have been placed can apply for inter-institution transfers.
