Functions of the Chief of staff

FUNCTION OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF
1.   Coordinate policy, manage operations and supervise staff activities at the Executive Office of the President.

 

2.   Communicate with all the Ministries, state departments and agencies on behalf of the President on day-to-day matters relating to the running of the Government.

 

3.   Manage the executive office of the President and provide overall coordination and substantive support to the Executive Office of the President in the implementation of his mandate.

 

4.   Oversee planning and delivery of all programs and projects of the Executive Office of the President.

 

5.   Perform any other function as may be assigned by the President
