Tax exemption for people with disabilities – Interview dates, venues and requirements

Kindly note that the Next round of vetting for Tax Exemption will take place from 11th July to 5th August 2022 at the following Venues:

Meru County on Date: 11th, 12th July 2022 – (Meru Referral Hospital)

Kiambu County on Date: 14th, 15th, 16th July 2022 – (Thika Level 5 Hospital)

Garissa County on Date: 18th, 19th July 2022 – ( Garissa Referral Hospital)

Mombasa County on Date: 21st, 22nd July 2022 – ( Tononoka Social Hall)

Kisumu County on Date: 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th July 2022 – ( Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Referral Hospital – Russia)

Eldoret County on Date: 16th, 18th, 19th July 2022 – (Huruma Sub-county Hospital)

Nakuru County on Date: 20th, 21st, 22nd July 2022 – (Nakuru level 5 Hospital)

NAIROBI COUNTY on Date: 1st to 5th August 2022 – (NCPWD HQ Westlands)

Applicants will be notified via SMS on the specific Date and Venue to appear before the Vetting Committee

kindly carry along the following;

  • Copy of Tax exemption application submitted (KRA form 1&2,
  • Signed Disability Medical Assessment Report with Ophthalmology report for Visual impairment,
  • Audiology and BERA report for Hearing Impaired,
  • EEG report & psychiatrist report for Neurological impairment and epilepsy,
  • Orthopedic surgeons report for those with disabilities as a result of a road traffic accident and x-rays, NCPWD Card/Waiting Card,
  • National ID, Tax compliance Certificate,
  • KRA Pin Certificate,
  • Letter of introduction by the employer,
  • Latest Payslip,
  • Business certificates for those in business with 3 months bank statement and a copy of the expired certificate in case of renewal.)
