TSC Promotions 2024: Shortlisted candidates, Interview dates and venues.

TSC Boss Dr Nancy Macharia. The Commision has issued fresh guidelines for teachers and TSC staff accessing its offices countrywide.

The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has shortlisted candidates for promotions interviews in 2024.

The Commission had at the same time sent invitation messages to successfully shortlisted teachers.

“Following your application for promotion to Secondary teacher I Advert 15/2023, you are invited for interview on 22nd March at (interview venue) at (Interview time).” Reads the interview invite message, in part.

Requirements for the TSC Interviews 2024

The applicants will be required to present the following documents; during the physical interview sessions :

TSC teachers interview promotion questions and their answers

TSC promotion interview questions and their answers

TSC latest Interview areas, questions and new marking scheme/ Score sheet for Principals, Heads, Deputies, Senior Masters and teachers‘ promotions;

1. Original National ID card
2. Original Academic and Professional Certificate
3. Letter of appointment to the current grade
4. Letter of appointment to the current post
5. Analysed individual subject results in KCSE examination for the last three years, certified by TSC CD/SCD
6. Performance Appraisal Report for 2020, 2021, 2022
7. Any other relevant testimonials supporting your performance.

Further, the applicants can visit their respective TSC County offices to collect invitation letters.

“Kindly visit the TSC County Office for your invitation letter.” The communique from TSC adds.
