Are you wondering why your TSC TPAD 2 online form is showing 99% complete? Well. A number of reasons may make you unable to submit your form to the appraiser. First, ensure all the teaching standards are filled out correctly. There are five teaching standards and each should be filled.

Learners’ progress records and lesson attendance should be updated. It is the duty of the appraiser to fill the lesson attendance records. In case your records are incomplete just request him or her to update them.

A 100% COMPLETED TSC TPAD 2 ONLINE FORM

A well filled form should read 100%. It is only at such a time that you should submit it to the appraiser. Below is a sample of a filled TSC TPAD 2 form;

AFTER FILLING THE TPAD 2 FORM, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

When all the three tables are well completed, then it is time to submit your appraisal form to the appraiser. To achieve this, click on the ‘Submit for appraisal’ button. In the pop up window that appears, fill in the Appraisee’s appraisal comments, tick the ‘I declare that the information provided during this appraisal assessment is true and correct to the best of my knowledge’ and click ‘Submit Appraisal’.

Remember to also rate the appraisal process by answering the question, ‘How was your self assessment process?’
