TPAD 2 School Calendar for 2026 Term 2
The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has released the TPAD Calendar of Activities at the Institution Level for term 2 of 2026. The TPAD calendar contains the weeks and dates plus activities that must be carried out by teachers.
Remember, it is mandatory for all teachers to fill their TPAD forms, online and within the specified period. Failure to comply may lead to TSC disciplinary action.

- By 24th April, 2026: Planning meetings before school opening involving all staff to set school TPAD Activity calendar.
- By 1st May, 2026: Submission of professional documents.
- Between 4th May and 29th June, 2026: Undertaking Lesson observations and identifying and documenting teacher’s professional gaps.
- Between 27th April and 31st July, 2026: Undertaking teacher professional development to address professional gaps.
- Between 27th April and 31st July, 2026: Internal Monitoring & Evaluation of the implementation of TPAD process.
- Between 27th April and 31st July, 2026: Monitoring the implementation of TPAD process at county level; zonal, Sub county and County
- By 31st July , 2026: TPAD rating meetings
- Between 27th April and 31st July, 2026: Uploading of TPAD data and evidence.

NB: The Revised TPAD Online System provide a module where all TPAD activities will be uploaded throughout the appraisal period by appraisee, appraiser and countersigning officer. Appraisal is now fully online.
