The new Minet TSC Medical App for Teachers- Walimu Care App

TSC Minet Mobile App for teacher medical cover services. Download, login, upload documents, add dependants and get medical approvals.

TSC Minet Medical Cover- The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has contracted Minet to provide medical cover for teachers. Getting Minet services requires that you first register by using the USSD Code *865#. Minet has made it even easier for teachers to get the approval and other services online by launching the ‘Walimu Care App’.

You can get the following services through the TSC Minet ‘Walimu Care App’.

How to Download and use the Minet Walimu Care App.

To use this app, download it first by following the steps below:

Go to Playstore on your mobile phone. In the Search box, type ‘Walimu Care App’. A list of Apps will be displayed as shown below;

Click on the first App in the list. See image above.
Then, click ‘install’ in the new window as shown in the image below;

Wait for the App to automatically be downloaded and installed. After successful installation, click on the now active ‘Open’ tab. (See image below);

You will sign in by using your TSC number. If not registered by Minet yet, dial *865#. otherwise, swipe through the three screen interfaces (see below) until you get the ‘get started’ tab. Click on this tab.

The verify your TSC Number window will be displayed. Enter your TSC Number and click ‘check’. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number.

Enter the code and click ‘Submit’. After a successful login, you will land in your Minet TSC account.
